Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what personal data the Metatron Project website (metatronproject.org) collects, why, and what rights you have.

Who we are

The website is run by The Metatron Project. For any question about this policy or your data, write to us at info@metatronproject.org.

What we collect

Contact form. When you write to us through the “Talk to Us” page, we receive your first name, last name, email address and message. The message is stored in our website system and sent to our project mailbox. We use this information only to read and answer your message.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (through the MonsterInsights plugin) and Jetpack Stats to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors arrive and from which countries. These tools receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors, for advertising, or to link it with Google accounts.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider and the Jetpack image delivery service process technical data, such as IP addresses, that is needed to deliver pages and images to your browser.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit the site, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them; you can decline them or change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the site. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, including the cookie that remembers your choice, do not require consent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not show advertising, do not use advertising trackers, and do not create visitor accounts. The site has no comments and no mailing list.

Who processes your data

Contact form messages are checked for spam by Akismet. Analytics data is processed by Google and by Automattic, the company behind Jetpack and Akismet. These providers may process data outside Israel, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to answer them and for no longer than 24 months. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@metatronproject.org. We will answer within a reasonable time. Visitors from the European Union also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to social networks and other external websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

Language

This policy is available in English, Russian, Arabic and Hebrew. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
